While the process of returning to a more integrated, whole and healthy state is different for everyone, there are some universal traits that are the result of successful therapeutic work. These traits may be experienced on all levels of our being, the physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual levels. Some of those traits include an increase in your sense of purpose, peace, self-esteem, vitality, resilience, an increase in your capacity to remain open-hearted and the courage to be honest with yourself.
